TRAVEL DIRECTIONS


Most of the events during UKEN are held at NHH (The Norwegian School of Economics) in Ytre Sandviken. The exception is the Tiësto-concert and St.Orvil’s Day, witch will be in a concert tent at Koengen in the city centre of Bergen. If you get lost just remember that most Norwegians speak decent English, so just ask them for directions and you’ll be fine!

UKEN BY BUS:

NHH is about 10 minutes north of the city centre of Bergen by bus, and there are regulary depatrures around every 5 minutes.  You can take the following busses to NHH: 3, 4, 5, 18, and 36. The bus stop is called ”Handelshøyskolen”

UKEN BY CAR:

From the city centre: Follow the highway towards Åsane (E39) og turn off at signs to the NHH. There is parking outside the school.

AGE RESTRICTIONS


You must be over 18 years old to get access to UKENs events, except the Cabaret. You can be asked to show ID to prove your age at any time entering or during the festival. Accepted forms of ID for entrance to the festival & campsites include passport, photo driving licence, birth certificate, photo bank card or ISIC card.  Photocopies of documents will not be accepted as proof of age.



Alochol: You must be over 18 to buy alcohol in the bars at NHH and Koengen.
